Constable Ezio Faraone Park
Never Forgotten

Constable Ezio Faraone Park is a place of reflection, resilience, honour, and hope. It is a daily reminder of the dangers Edmonton police officers face, and their commitment to protecting the community.

The park was created following the tragic death of Constable Ezio Faraone on June 25, 1990. Overwhelming support from the community, the City of Edmonton, and the Government of Alberta, enabled the acquisition of the park and the creation of the bronze statue of Constable Faraone.

On June 25, 2024, Constable Ezio Faraone Park was re-dedicated to all Edmonton police officers killed in the line of duty. The park is an expression of Edmonton’s gratitude and respect, and its commitment to never forget the courage and sacrifice of these fallen heroes and their families.
